1️⃣ Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, a confirmation email along with the invoice details will be sent to your registered email address.

2️⃣ Delivery Timeline

All orders require a minimum of 3 working days for processing and dispatch. Delivery timelines begin after the order is shipped and may vary based on location.

  • Chennai Region: 2–3 working days

  • Rest of Tamil Nadu: 3–4 working days

  • South India (Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Bengaluru, Kerala): 3–5 working days

  • Metro Cities & North India (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata): 5–7 working days

3️⃣ Priority Shipping

Orders placed under Priority Shipping are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday) from the time of order confirmation.

Delivery typically takes 3–4 working days, depending on the destination.

4️⃣ 1-Day Delivery (Chennai Only)

We offer same-day delivery within Chennai through trusted local partners such as Porter and Dunzo.

To avail this service, the request must be made at least 4 hours in advance.

5️⃣ International Shipping

For global orders, we ship using reliable international courier services like DHL and FedEx, ensuring safe, secure, and timely worldwide delivery.

🌍 International Delivery Timeline & Duties

  • Estimated international delivery time: 6–9 working days after dispatch.

  • Import customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges (if applicable) are levied by the destination country and must be borne by the customer.

6️⃣ Tracking Details

Once your order is shipped, the tracking number and courier details will be shared via email.

Please note that tracking updates become active only after the courier picks up the package.

To raise any concern related to damage, missing items, or quality issues, a clear 360° unboxing video is mandatory.
